1€ vegan breakfast

Hello and welcome back! It’s been a long time! I went on vacation, was super busy with my 2 other jobs and was rethinking the content I want to create. And I decided to create more recipes on a budget to show that healthy eating is for everyone. Moreover I will share my Tabata workouts here which are perfect if your excuse is time when it comes to working out.


But now lets dive into this weeks recipe on a budget: My favorite & literally daily breakfast

Ingredients

  • 50g Oats
  • 1tsp chia seeds
  • 1tsp flax seeds
  • cinnamon
  • 1 banana
  • hand full of blueberries
  • oat milk
  • 20g nut butter

Add oats, flax seeds, chia seeds and cinnamon to a bowl. Mix the dry ingredients and cover half with oat milk and half with boiling water. Stir it and let the oats soak the water for a few minutes.

Slice the banana and add it on top as well as the blueberries. To finish it off add a teaspoon of your favorite nutbutter and enjoy!

This meal cost around 1€.

Banana: 20ct
Oats: 5ct
Flax seeds, chia seeds& cinnamon: 30ct
Blueberries (around 50g frozen): 25ct
Nut butter:  20ct

The price depends a lot on where you life and which groceries you choose to buy.
