Monthly favorites/ December

Welcome to 2021! Finally it’s here. I hope you all had a great New Years Eve and I wish that all your dreams will come true this year. Thank you so much for your support in 2020 and welcome back to my blog. The past week has been very different than expected and I am a bit off with my content and schedule but better late than never ..

Sunrise at home

Going for a morning walk in December has been absolutly breath-taking on some days. The sunrise’s were amazing. Such a peaceful experience and a great way to start the day.

Self-made candles

One of my favorites from December 2020 was to make candles for my loved ones as Christmas gifts.
Such a nice and sustainable idea even though it’s a lot of work as well.

Christmas

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas. Maybe you were able to spend it with your family or loved ones. I have been with my parents and my brother and visited my grandparents on 25th outside with a distance to keep them save. Hopefully your wishes came true!

I got so many lovely gifts which I am so thankful for.

Dubai

After the holidays I went to Dubai with big plans which sadly didn’t work out. After questioning the universe WHY, I am now staring to see the connections and understand why everything happened as it did.

May the universe make up for it this year!

New Years Eve

I spend New Years Eve with my best friend. We made Raclette and had this lovely dessert: Cookies cramble with yoghurt and mashed fruits. YUM! And almost healthy as well.

I hope you enjoyed this blog post. Leave me a like or comment, stay save and healthy and have a HAPPY NEW YEAR!

As a Health Coach, I am mentoring my clients to create and maintain long-term lifestyle changes to enhance their overall quality of life. In addition to supporting clients with specific goals, I empower my clients to choose health-promoting behaviors that work for them. I raise awareness and offer support as clients move in their own bio-individual ways toward the greater health they want for themselves. My coaching hopefully leads to long-term behavior change, but only because I help my clients do the meaningful work that forms a strong foundation.

How can I help you? Are there any changes you wish for yourself? Is your health the best it could be? You can book your free consultation with me now:
