Sustainable gift guide

Welcome back! It’s the last week before Christmas already and really time to get the gifts together. Do you already have all of them? Here are my favorite sustainable gift ideas:

This year my friend and I made some candles at home. We used old washed glasses and bought the wax. For some details and smell I put oranges, cinnamon and star anise inside the candles.

Home decor

Home decor pieces are always a great idea. Candles, flowers, pillows or any other piece from small to big are a good idea.

Homemade sweets

Literally the easiest recipe ever: I got the pretzels from the grocery store. Pre heat the oven. Beat an egg white until stiff. Cover all pretzels with egg white. Add sugar and cinnamon or other Christmas spices to the pretzels and make sure the are all covered. Then bake for around 20 minutes.

Sustainable beauty products

No matter the gender a good cream or soap is a great idea. My favorite this year is the last swap cotton swap:ÅMÅŽÕÑ&crid=I6M5KDBY6D9N&sprefix=last+sw%2Caps%2C215&ref=nb_sb_ss_ts-doa-p_1_7

EVERY parent loves to get something self-made with pictures. This year I made a 2021 calendar for my parents, grandparents and auntie with pictures from the past year.

Tea, matcha or golden latte

No more words needed. Just a great idea to gift something to drink and if its healthy, even better. Recommend chai tea, good coffee or this golden turmeric latte.

If you really have no idea what to get, get a voucher. For a dinner, to cook for someone or for a store.

As a Health Coach, I am mentoring my clients to create and maintain long-term lifestyle changes to enhance their overall quality of life. In addition to supporting clients with specific goals, I empower my clients to choose health-promoting behaviors that work for them. I raise awareness and offer support as clients move in their own bio-individual ways toward the greater health they want for themselves. My coaching hopefully leads to long-term behavior change, but only because I help my clients do the meaningful work that forms a strong foundation.
