Fresh carrots
It’s the time of carrots, potatoes and black berries now.
I am sure if you take a look around you in nature, you will find a place where you can collect some.
Picking up food right away from nature is a very grounding experience.

Energy Balls
Oats, nut butter, trail mix, honey, cacao.
Mix it well, form balls and keep in the fridge for 30min.

Superfoods: Maca and a greens mix
Maca is full of antioxidants, high in fiber and natural protein. It has a sweet taste and great to mix into smoothies.
This greens mix contains Moringa, Wheatgrass, Spirulina, Barley grass, Chlorella.

How not to die
I highly, highly recommend this book!
It is very funny to read, it combines a lot of studies and is an eye opener.

Afternoon 1 hour walks
Walking is one of the greatest movements you can do for your body. And you can always walk with company.
I personally enjoy these walks on my own with our dog and listening to a podcast.

This Sports Bra by H&M
I am obsessed with this sports bra!
It has a creme color and fits all colors. The sports bra is long at the bottom and covers your belly while you are wearing a high waist leggings. You won’t need a shirt anymore. So flattering!
